So far, my favorite pen to use for pretty inks is the Pilot 742 with FA nib. A decent amount of flex for shading, and dependable. For everyday use though I do love the Noodler’s Konrad!

My favorite pen to write with? Ooh, toughie. So many pens I like; but probably my absolute favorite is the 1949 Plum Demi Parker 51, M nib. But I also like my 1937 Red Shadow Wave Parker Vactumatic, F nib; and the Pelikan M405 Blue/Black, EF nib; and the light grey Pilot Decimo, F nib; and the dark blue Decimo, stub nib — which “sings” (first nib I ever had that did that); and the Noodler’s ebonite Konrad; flex nib; and the Cedar Blue Parker 51Vac with the rolled gold cap, EF nib (for when I need to take copious notes); and… and… and….
But the Plum Demi 51 is the one they’ll have to pry from my cold dead fingers….

My favorite pen to write with currently is my new Pilot Custom 74 in Merlot!

My favorite pen to write with definitely has to be my Cross Darth Vader. It’s just me to the core.

My favorite pen to write with is my Opus 88 Koloro in blue and tan with a fine nib.

My favorite pen is Lamy AlStar.

I like the LAMY 2000

Well, National Handwriting Day has passed, but I love using my Leonardo Momento Zero with my Leuchtterm notebooks to journal in! Of course, the quest for a perfect pen is never ending so that could change!

My favorite pen would be the Pelikan 600.. Just the perfect pen in many ways.

Well obviously my fav pen is, as usual, the Next One on my Wishlist D:

My favorite pen (this week) is my Pelikan Stone Garden, which I think my husband bought here for Christmas !

I’ll probably be using my Diplomat Aero with a juicy broad nib on some Tomoe River Paper.

My favorite pen is the Pilot Vanishing Point. It is practical as there is no cap to worry about and switching nib sizes is extremely easy.

Currently it’s a toss up between a EF Pilot Custom 74 or a Jinhao x450 with a nib I salvaged from an indie FP maker on Etsy.

Toss up between Pelikan 800 and Sailor 1911L.

My favorite pen is one of my Parker Sonnets. I got my Brown Deluxe model as a gift for my 60th birthday. It was a wonderful choice. Parker has great customer service. I use their free nib exchange numerous times.

I love writing with my Pilot Vanishing Point matte black with a fine nib. I use Iroshizuku Kon-peki with it. It’s a very fine nib, but it’s so smooth and just a great writing experience.

My favorite is Pilot VP turquoise with the Sailor Yama-dori ink. Beautiful shading!

I am working on my third book, and as with the previous two I begin most of my drafts in longhand. The pen from which my ideas seem to flow the most readily is a stunning blue Waterman Carene that I bought in 2012, which was my first really good fountain pen. I have added to my collection of fountain pens since then, but the blue Carene is still my go-to pen for serious writing.

It’s hard to beat my Lamy Studio, in green, with a basic lamy medium nib. It’s just awesome!

My favorite, so far is the Pineider Avatar. It delivers a smooth writing experience and sleek design with it’s glueless assembly.

I love my Kaweco Sport fountain pen, but I often reach for a disposable Pilot Varsity to be honest.

My favorite pen changes, frequently. Right now I am enjoying a Stipula Etruria Tortoise Fountain Pen with a stub nib.

Well my Retro51s are all great, but those are rollerball. My favorite fp is definitely my Visconti Van Gogh in pink (souvenir de Mauve), it writes like butta.

My favorite pen to write with changes by the day, which is why I have so many! I am enjoying fountain pens with medium nib at the moment!

My favorite pen at the moment to write with is my Lamy 2000 with an oblique medium nib.

My favorite pen is the Pilot Falcon Namiki.

My new favorite pen is the Pilot Capless LS (Vanishing Point) in purple. It comes with the exceedingly soft rhodium gold 18 k med. Nib. I simply can’t left aside.

I like nice, smooth, thin lines, without blotching. I get that with my Caran d’Ache 849. I like it so much that I want to share my love of it with my friends and family, but sadly not everyone is a connoisseur of good to exceptional writing instruments.

My favorite pen is probably my Lamy 2000. I absolutely love how it writes and it’s so dependable. It was the first “expensive” pen that I bought and even after expanding my collection with a wide array of pens, my Lamy 2000 is still right at the top.

I’m really enjoying my platinum kanazawa sakura pen, it is so soft and juicy!

I’m really torn. I love my Montblanc 149; the size, the smoothness…But there’s nothing quite like an Aurora, either. Or, for that matter, a Visconti. Or a Pilot. Please don’t make me choose…
