Diplomat Aero Rollerball Pen - Red
Inspired by the legendary Zeppelin airship of 1900, this unique pen features a streamline profile with sculpted grooves that resembles with the appearance of a zeppelin. Every Aero pens is characterized by groove-like depressions along the barrel and cap that give the pen its classic aeronautic form. The pen is made of anodized aluminum and is designed to be ergonomically and visually satisfying. Available in various colors.
Please note: The Aero pens are anodized. During the anodization process, the raw aluminum parts are placed on a metallic appliance. This is necessary to start the electrolytic process, which always needs a direct current to bring the color into/onto the Aluminium. During the anodizing process at this metallic appliance flows the direct current. The appliance makes it impossible to start the anodizing process at this part. So this leads to the metal-looking stripes inside the cap or barrel.
