This incredible fountain pen features a stunning carp motif surrounded by elegant autumn leaves, painstakingly etched, and filled in with gold powder. The leaves were designed based on Momiji, or Japanese maple trees. The symbolism of the Carp is said to be an incarnation of dragons and is a symbol of luck and good fortune.
The renowned artisan, Yasuji Sumi, used the unique Chinkin technique to create this design. Each pen is truly a masterpiece.
