Metropolitan Museum of Art in the form of Izik Garden featuring fine writing instruments by Retro 51!
The Iznik Garden Pencil by Retro51 reproduces stone paste dishes in The Met collection and was originally crafted in the Turkish town of Iznik, which was renowned for its pottery workshops. The floral and birds themes featured on the original plates were pervasive decorative elements on 16th- and 17th-century Iznik creations.
These writing instruments have been carefully recreated with a 1.15 mm pencil that is finished with polished chrome trim.
